I offer wide range of trainings for professionals in the field on topics like: Trauma-informed practice, self-care, working with families and assessing for safety and risk, fairness and equity, SOGIE (sexual orientation gender identity expression), orientation to child welfare practice, engagement and interviewing, sexual harassment, workplace violence, mandated reporting, introduction to social services, and many more. I have trained staff and management in both public and private sector across the Bay Area. I will work with you to consult around areas of needs for your organizations and how I can best serve you. Consultation
I offer coaching and consultation to organizations as they transition through different phases whether that’s implementation of new policies and procedures or finding ways to have effectiveness within their workforce. Consultation consists of speaking with all parties involved, gathering information, learning processes, finding effective solutions and evaluating those processes.
