Stress and burnout can lower morale and cause loss in productivity among staff. I offer trainings around ways that stress and burnout can occur and how to cope with it. I strive to create a safe and brave space to have conversations around challenges that individuals may be facing and findings ways to get support. During this pandemic, more people have had difficulty finding a work life balance. Organizations can assist their staff in learning more about stress and burnout and promote overall well being. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

For any workplace to thrive, it is critical that diversity, equity and inclusion is valued and promoted. Having open and honest conversations around this topic can foster trust and camaraderie among staff. I strive to create an environment where we can have knowledge base around topics of anti-racism in workplace, diversity, equity and inclusion and learn from one another in a safe and brave space promoting overall well being. Dialogue Circles

Dialogue circles provide a safe, supportive space where staff can talk about sensitive topics, work through differences, and build consensus. This model can be used for a wide variety of topics such as: LGBTQIA+, workplace culture, process current events (pandemic, political climate, natural disasters), mental health, loss of a colleague and many more.
